Terms of Service

If you desire to commission me for a digital artwork, you are obliged to read my terms of service and agree to them. Later, in the process of ordering, your written agreement will be requested. Your agreement can not be retracted after it has been written.

Ordering and Payment

✦ A commission can be ordered through direct messages only.✦ After you’ve requested a commission, I will send you a form that you will need to fill out.✦ I respond to inquiries on the weekends. I am quite busy during the week, so I apologize for any late replies.✦ For payment I accept Euro (€) (perferably) and USD ($). Payment via Paypal (invoice).✦ Your Paypal E-mail address is required in order to send you an invoice.✦ Every extra character is +80% of the fixed price of the chosen art style.✦ I will start working on your commission after I’ve received payment.✦ Delivery time is usually in under a month (If I am not busy or have specified a different time window to you).✦ No refunds. Only exception is if I didn't start or finish your commission and you request a refund for emergency reasons. I will personally send you the money back. Do not issue a chargeback and explain your situation afterwards. Your incomplete commission will be deleted after your urgent refund request and can not be viewed in any way (if your commission was in process during that time).✦ No chargebacks allowed. I provided a service in form of creating a digital artwork for you and you paid for it. It's a fair exchange and you do not have the right to request a refund after your commission has been delivered.✦ Finished product will be delivered to you via DM’s. Upon wish, it can additionally be delivered to you via email.✦ I have the right to reject your commission request if I feel uncomfortable with it.✦ Orders are not taken by the first come first serve rule.

Usage and Copyright

✦ You’re not allowed to use my illustrations for commercial purposes or monetization such as merchandise and prints for your financial benefit unless it’s for your own personal use or I have given you my clear, written permission.✦ You are free to use your commission for any personal use you have, like printing it on a mug, a shirt, emotes, icons, posters and social media banners.✦ If you are unsure if your idea of personal use violates any of my guidelines, you are always able to ask.✦ I prohibit my art to be used as AI learning material or be involved in anything crypto or NFT related.✦ You are free to repost my artwork on any social media platform you have as long as you do not claim the artwork is drawn by you. Credit would be greatly appreciated.✦ I may ask if you mind your finished commission to be used as an example artwork in my commission options display. If you are against that, kindly decline my request.

The Artwork

✦ For every non-chibi commission option, the default background is white. For chibis it’s transparent.✦ Monotone or simple backgrounds can be added for free upon wish.✦ More complex backgrounds (effect backgrounds, full backgrounds or background snippets) have no steady price and are charged differently depending on the art style.✦ My general rule is: the more effort and time I put into an artwork, the more likely it is that the price will be increased. This mostly applies to backgrounds. Depending on the complexity of the background design you wish for, I’ll either charge you the price for a full background or decrease the price to an effect background, if you wish for nothing too complicated. A different case for a price increase would be a highly detailed character design.✦ Please provide a clear image reference of your character. Multiple images and angles would definitely be very helpful for good results but are not necessary. Written descriptions are not accepted.✦ Minor artwork flaws, such as a wrong color, a small design detail that is missing (like a button or a hat), can be fixed for free up to 2 months (60 days) after delivery.✦ Major artwork flaws like the choice of pose, perspective, clothing and so on that made you unsatisifed with the drawing, can not be fixed for free. Aside from misunderstandings, if said major detail was mentioned to you in the commission form and I overlooked it, then I will of course fix that issue with no extra charges. Major corrections can only be taken care of within 2 weeks (14 days) after delivery.✦ The price of major artwork adjustments varies on the complexity of the request. A pose change would be close to the original price, since it would require an entire redraw of the artwork. A clothing change about half of the original price and so on.✦ Maximum 3 revisions can be taken to consideration for artwork adjustment requests after the commission has been delivered.

✦ If you are unsure in which category your character goes into, you are always able to ask.✦ I am generally ok with poses and gestures that have a sexual indication if it’s not too much.✦ Well-built or muscular characters are no problem for me. It's just the extremely muscular bodies (bara) that I feel uncomfortable drawing.✦ For anything related to robots, machines and weapons, I will need clear and detailed references from more than just one angle to give you a good result.✦ In the animals category, fantasy creatures like Pokémon are also included.

- Type of commission: The art style you choose to commission. Please mention the style, full/halfbody or bust and background if there is one
( fullbody colored sketch || halfbody soft shading with full background || sticker chibi...).- Currency: Choose the currency you want to pay in (Euro or US Dollars).- Name of character: Name of your character(s).- Character reference(s): You can provide links here or you can remove this section and send image references separately out of this form.- Description of personality: This is to help me define a fitting pose for your character if you don’t have specific wishes for pose and expression and want to leave it up to me. If this is not the case, remove this section and fill out „pose and expression“.- Pose and expression: Here you describe the pose your character should be drawn in in your own words or provide reference images and include extra wishes.- Clothing: If clothes don’t differ from the already provided character reference images, remove this section. Only fill out if you want your character to be drawn in a different outfit. Please provide references here.- Outline: Only fill out if you order a chibi - Specify the desired color of outline. If left blank, the default color will be white. You can also write „none“ or „transparent“ for no outline.- Background: Only to fill out if you want a background. Define the type of background you would like, if it’s a simple one, like plain red, or blue with a few white daisies, it can be added for free.
If what you describe takes more time for me to draw, like a galaxy background with stars and planets, a cafe setting with only chairs and a table or a full forest setting, these are charged extra depending on the style of commission you order. Providing image references here would be very helpful to determine exactly what you would like.- Extra Notes: Anything else you want to add that is not specified in the above sections. Information like height differences or „don’t forget her mole on her right cheek“ or „he has a scar under his left arm“ , „They’re both allergic to peanuts, so if you draw them eating ice cream, anything but peanut flavored ice cream“ and so on.- TOS: (Terms of service). With this section, you made it clear that you read my terms of service under this page (commission info) and you agree to all of them.
